The Healthy Kids Clinic will have influenza (flu) vaccinations available to students during the months of September and October who have signed their Healthy Kids Clinic consent forms and return them to the school. Please note, the Center for disease Control (CDC) recommends that children 6 months and older receive the Influenza vaccine.  Please complete the consent form and return to your child's school by Friday, September 9th.  You can download a copy of the consent form by clicking here:  Flu Consent Form or contact your child's school.
