All items will be sold “as is” and “where is.” The purchaser will be responsible for removing all purchased items. All items must be removed by 4:00 p.m. Central Time/5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 21, 2026.

Bids may be delivered to the Russell County Board of Education Central Office Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Central Time/8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time or submitted by mail. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.
All bids must be received by 12:00 p.m. Central Time/1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 13, 2026. Bids will be opened at 12:05 p.m. Central Time/1:05 p.m. Eastern Time on August 13, 2026.
The Russell County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The bids will be considered at the Board’s August 17, 2026, meeting.
